Upon full payment for a custom project, ownership of the final deliverable transfers to the client, except for any third-party tools, plugins, licenses, or stock assets used, which remain subject to their respective licenses.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback, and necessary access/credentials required to complete a project. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.
5. Revisions and Support
The number of revisions and support duration included in a project will be specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions or support beyond the agreed scope may be chargeable.
6. Limitation of Liability
Sachlax Group will make reasonable efforts to deliver services as described, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, rankings, sales, or results, as these depend on multiple external factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
